Roger may know what bank it is but he's gone until tomorrow.  If he knows,
he can call the banking institution and make a complaint.

Our governing documents don't give the HOA the right to bring a property
into compliance so there's nothing we can do at this point but complain to
the bank.

I can't give you any advise about cutting it yourself.

I understand the home at 57 Centerport was foreclosed on, does anyone know
who to contact about the home? And second question is since the grass is
beginning to look shabby would it be legal for me to cut the grass??  Ronnie
