[Nhhoa] Pool Access

My wife and I tried to access the pool this afternoon, but our access card is not working. This is the first time we've visited the pool this year, so I don't know if it's related the problems the computer system had earlier in the summer or if this is a new issue. We're current on our HOA dues, so I know that's not the problem. Who should we contact about this?
