It is just a shame that such things as discourtesy, lack of respect for selves and others, lack of manners and disregard for others is at such epidemic proportions in our society as they are today.     Even more of a shame that we as residents and homeowners here in this small subdivision are "priveleged" enough to witness various examples of it on a daily basis, whether it be in the form of persons ignoring the safety of others at the pool..... misuse and abuse of the common areas and pool........rowdy, raucous and loud behavior at the pool and clubhouse at very inappropriate times......loud and vulgar language in common areas and in the presence of children............vehicle radios up loud enough  to literally shake the pictures on ones' walls at all times of day and night.........egregious displays of horsepower and exhaust noise also at all times of day and night.........litter strewn from vehicles into the common areas and neighbors
lawns..............very lucky we are indeed to witness so many varying examples of the ails of our society without even having to leave the comfort of our own homes!

Hi, I don't know Mark, however my daughters come here one weekend a month for visitation. Two weekends ago I witnessed several teenagers on the back deck of the house next to the pool. My daughters are 17, 13, and 8. They also had a couple of friends with them. One of the fools on the back deck screamed the word "org*" and ran back into the house. Fortunately my girls and their friends were too busy they didn't hear them. I have lived here for 8 years and I have experienced what you are talking about on several occasions over the years. I have also confronted them a few times. It is a shame that some kids have no respect for others!!

Today at the pool a young man brought friends to the pool.  I often have guests.  I did not say a word until one dived into the pool.  They almost hit us.  Then I said to Mark this is a HOA pool and we all pay to swim in the pool.  We are very liberal with guests, but we have rules for us and our guests. I was so nice when I told Mark this and this was after they had been running and diving and doing crazy tricks into the pool.  The guest went over to the rules on the wall and started mouthing off I don't like this rule or this rule, until he had went through all the rules on the wall.  Mark's other guest said,''This is a free country.'  The girl did not even wear a swimsuit she jumped in with shorts and a tee shirt.  I told Mark you do know there is a camera on the pool at all times.  He said that he knew this and the neighbor in the house across the street from him was the one with the camera.  I know Mark had the right to bring
friends, but anyone who comes into the pool with you is your responsibility.  The young people with him were rude and getting confrontational with me, so we left.  I was there with young children.  Has anyone else ran into this problem?  I have been at the pool with teenagers many times and never had this problem.  This is private property and we have the rights to rules and to feel safe in our own neighborhood.  Mark lives off North Hampton Drive right by the pool.  I have seen him there many times and never had a problem before.
