Thank you Ty for the info.  I hate to hear about your flower beds.  They can really make a big mess!  I don't know what to do with this one. 

I guess the pound will be the best place as much as I hate to do it.  It sounds like animal control may be a good option as well for the other out of control cats.

Our home backs up to two of the homes on Stamp Creek...one of them has cats that have yet again had kittens... I look out to sometimes as many as 10 cats in our backyard...  They are fed but not kept... It is quite possible that it could be one of these as there are at least 5-6 that are solid black.  While 1 is cute, 10 is ridiculous, especially when they mistake your flower beds as a litter box....

We found a black kitten in our drive way this morning at 20 Vineyard way.  She is so cute!  I am sure someone is missing her. 

She looks like a Halloween kitty.
