[Nhhoa] Dog bite

Two weeks ago, I called animal control regarding the strays and  unsecured
dogs  running loose on upper centerport.  They sent an employee out who did
little more than get out of and back into his truck as the dog ran away.
Their suggestion was to drop off a cage to try and trap the dog.  There is a
black/gray stray nesting in the area that may be about to give birth.
Perhaps sufficient calls to the animal control office (770-387-5153) will
result in additional patrols.
