[Nhhoa] Pool Heater

Hello fellow neighbors,

I've received several complaints that people have been caught
adjusting the pool heater.

As you might imagine, since the weather is nice and warm, the pool
heater is turned off for the summer. So, no matter how much people
adjust the dial now, it won't do anything.

The heater is intended to be used in the beginning and end of the
pool season to extend the season and our benefit of having a
pool. Once the weather starts cooling down, the Amenities Committee
will turn the heater back on.

Of course, when the heater is on, we will want the temperature to be
left between 7-8 (we have placed a label with this info at the
dial). Constantly adjusting it increases our electricity bills. Not
to mention it takes at least a full day for the temperature
adjustment to take effect. As a member, you have the right to
question anyone adjusting the temperature, and remind them of the
cost of their actions.

The Amenities Committee had discussed securing the heater controls
previously, and I will ask that this item be moved up on their agenda.

Thanks,
Amy Figueras
