<div dir="ltr"><div>I'm new to the neighborhood too (just been here a month), but in my previous neighborhood, I volunteered with the HOA to be a sort of "welcoming committee" for new residents and my wife made a nice gift basket and I put together a folder of bylaws and other important info about the neighborhood and we just welcomed people to the neighborhood when they moved in. It seemed to help with communication, especially for new people. I also set up a free, private social network for the neighborhood through <a href="http://nextdoor.com">nextdoor.com</a>. This helped neighbors get to know each other better and is pretty user-friendly. I don't know if there's any need for that sort of thing, but if the HOA wants, I could help do something similar here. We plan on staying here long-term, so I'm all about building community between one another. <br>
<br></div>Totally off subject - my wife and I were taking a walk last week and found a necklace on the road. The people who lived close by didn't lose it, so if someone can describe it in detail I will get it to you. <br>
