<p dir="ltr">Has there been any communication as to the reason the pool is closed again? It was open, now it's not. There is no communication so I load my family in the car and fins the gate is chained. I know our HOA fees are a very small sum per year and I was under the impression that it is because the ONLY amenity we have in this neighborhood is the pool. Do we get a refund of our fees if this matter is not reconciled promptly? </p>
