The assessment period is from January 1, 2013 through December 31, 2013, and is due February 28, 2013. <b>Assessments</b> <b>not received in full by March 15, 2013 will be turned over for collections.</b> Please mail your assessment payments to: North Hampton Homeowners Association, PO Box 3907, Cartersville, GA 30120.<o:p></o:p></p><p class="MsoNormal">In addition to paying by check, this year, we are accepting PayPal payments only via transfer. To do a PayPal transfer, simply go to <a href="http://www.paypal.com">http://www.paypal.com</a> and from the top of the page, click on transfer, then on send someone money. When you use a debit or credit card, there is a flat fee of 2.9% + $0.30 per transaction. All transfers should be sent to <a href="mailto:treasurer@nhhoa.org">treasurer@nhhoa.org</a>. Please only pay the full assessment of $395.00 as you are now responsible for the fees. This makes the accounting much easier.
