<P>We moved here in May so we never heard any warning about Comcast. We have the Comcast triple play and love it. It's fast and we have only lost service one time for about ten minutes (someone is always on in our house). We can check our land line voice mail from any computer. My bill is the same every month($147.28). We are still under the first 12 months of our contract. However, we do have the extra receiver, DVR, and HD and so far we have only been billed for what we have. The Comcast guy had to install a new line because the original was outdated or not working. We've had both dish and direct (because we had no other choice) in our old house and did not like it because we lost reception every time it stormed.</P>

<P class=MsoNormal>If you're experiencing missing HD channels and/or channels that are constantly tiling(or pixelizing), your cable's signal strength may be low. In which case, a cable amplifier may help you out. If you have a cable modem/box, you'll want one with an "active return path".</P></DIV>

It was absolutely unusable. After finally getting Comcast out here, the tech said that he was surprised that I could even get standard TV. After a 2 month wait, and Comcast doing nothing about it, I voted with my wallet and went to DirecTV. I keep Comcast internet, which is ok.</SPAN></P></DIV>

We went a different route.<BR>At the beginning of this year, I remember seeing a number of Comcast's heavy trucks in and out of the subdivision working on what I assume expanding their coverage and lines...<BR><BR>My question is this.... To those of you who have Comcast, are there any issues that you can share or recommend at this point....<BR><BR>Part B....when we had Comcast before in Alpharetta, customer service was poor as the billing never seemed to be right....being charged for HD or extra receivers etc that we did not have.... My wife wants no part of them again due to the CS and billing....
