<DIV><STRONG><FONT color=#0000cd size=4>After reading many e-mails concerning our neighborhood, I would like to ingest some positive notes, since they seem to be lacking. My family has lived here for 8 years. We chose this neighborhood for its beauty and how peaceful it seemed to be. Maybe that is the key word here, PEACEFUL. I had served on this board for 6 years. It is a thankless job but well worth the time and investment put forward. We have lived in many places in the United States. This is one of our favorite places to live. The scenery is wonderful and so are the neighbors. We have a tight bond up here on Jamesport Lane. We assist one another when the need arises and we do it as if they are family. I am very disappointed on the way this board has aired their dirty laundry to the entire neighborhood. I understand frustrations occur. You don't have enough
interest. It seems to be the way it is in many areas, not just ours. However, bikering about it doesn't do anything but create negativity and hosility towards one another. I am in agreement to get some type of covenants in place, but I also do not want to live in a community where it is so strict to live. I am sure if covenants could be issued that would warn a individual of any violations, before fining this would pass. But in looking how this was laid out that doesn't seem to be the case. A friendly letter of violations goes alot further than a fine. I would say 95% of our homeowners have pride in their homes and their yards. Placing strict rules on homeowners only makes an individual want to break them. Isn't there enough fighting going on in our world that we don't need to bring it into our own neighborhood?</FONT></STRONG></DIV>
