to them what the HOA is doing and that the board really wants their open,
honest feedback. Have them call me if they don’t have internet
access and I’ll ask them the questions from the survey. I will do
whatever it takes.<o:p></o:p></span></p>

legal work. It takes 87 homes to pass the changes. That means
that if we only get responses from 86 homes, its money wasted. If we get
86 yes votes and 1 no vote, then it doesn’t pass and everything remains
just as it is now. Voting is important, and the feedback and input from
the neighborhood is more important!<o:p></o:p></span></p>

is in the process of revising the Covenants and By-Laws to present to the
