It seems to me a typical example of not enough participation by the remaining
home owners. There are many commitees that need support by giving up just a
few hours here and there to assist with functions like the Easter Egg Hunt. If
this neihgborhood is important to you,<STRONG> " get involved"</STRONG> with
assisting one of the committees, who are there for the benefit of
<STRONG>"all"</STRONG> homeowners, aterall.</P>
