<p class=MsoNormal>This is a reminder that there will be a open forum budget
meeting tomorrow morning in the clubhouse from 10:00am until Noon. Members
of the Board of Directors and representatives from each committee will be
present.<o:p></o:p></p>

<p class=MsoNormal>The purpose of this meeting is to let everyone know where we
are in the 2008 budgeting process, to explain the known expenses that we will
incur in 2008, and to present items that have been brought up that homeowners
would like to see funded in the future (2008 and beyond).<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class=MsoNormal><o:p> </o:p></p>
<p class=MsoNormal>We would love to hear you input and ideas. Your input
will help the board make better decisions on which items are the most important
to the homeowners, and therefore will be a driving factor in the budgeting
process.<o:p></o:p></p>

<p class=MsoNormal>The officers and Board are trying to make every effort
possible to communicate clearly and effectively with the homeowners, and to
ensure that your voice is heard. If you have the opportunity, please stop
by and let us know what you would like to see done in our neighborhood.<o:p></o:p></p>

<p class=MsoNormal>I will have the Financial statements from September, 2007 at
the meeting and will go over them and explain what the Balance Sheet and the
Income Statement represents. These documents are posted monthly on the
website under ‘Members Only” in an effort to keep everyone
fully informed of the financial transactions taking place within the HOA.<o:p></o:p></p>

<p class=MsoNormal>I also will be able to sign anyone up for the “Members
Only” section of the website at the meeting if you have not registered
yet.<o:p></o:p></p>

from some neighbors, I feel that I must:<o:p></o:p></p>

manner. Everyone will have their chance to speak, and we respectfully
request that when someone is speaking, please listen to what they have to
