<DIV><FONT face=Arial size=2>The pool is not the place for our pets; leave them
at home. If you can't bear to be without them for the
few hours-don't come to the pool. I'm speaking out of context because
I don't know what the truth is but I believe the "poop" incident may be
related to the poor judgement recently displayed late at
night with the pool furniture being in the pool. At least I hope
that's the case because we found people at the pool in the whee hours that
aren't in the subdivision.</FONT></DIV>
<DIV><FONT face=Arial size=2>We've purchased a key system that will simply lock
the gate down before and after hours. In this case, a minor shared the
combination with "friends" and we found them there after midnight. I'm not
implying they're the ones guilty of bringing a pet in and throwing
our cement stools into the pool. But, if we don't tighten down security in
"off-hours" we may continue to see destruction of the areas we all invest
in through our HOA dues.</FONT></DIV>

<DIV><BR></DIV><!-- WEBMAIL STATIONERY noneset -->
<DIV>Last Friday, another pet owner brought their Dog to the Pool. The dog
left a "present " beside the pool, and the pet owner failed to claim their
gift. In other words, the dog poohed and the owner left it. We find this
action incosiderate and disrespectful to the other homeowners. Pets should not
and I believe, per the health departmnet , can not be allowed at the Pool. "No
Pets At The Pool" should be posted.</DIV><!-- END WEBMAIL STATIONERY -->
