[Nhhoa] Pool Closed Again?!?

Hello,

As I am new to the neighborhood, it disappoints me to see the type of
responses I have seen on this email list. What I see is people are
generally disappointed in the lack of communication. I would have to agree
that there is in fact a lack of communication. For example, I have lived
here since September and I have not received any paper work or
communications from the HOA. I have not received a copy of the bylaws,
notice of any meetings, or an invoice of any kind stating how much the dues
are and when they are due (although I assume they are paid at the start of
the fiscal year so I anticipate receiving an invoice by the end of June).
Though I have sent an email regarding these matters, I received no
response.

I understand that these are volunteer positions. People should respect and
appreciate that you are doing this on your personal time for no
compensation. However, you did volunteer and it is your position. It is not
out of line for a paying member of the community to ask questions of you
and expect answers. I feel it is not benificial for the situation to see
extremely defensive responses (from anyone) that resort to name calling and
cursing. We should be working together to make this neighborhood better. My
wife and I are willing to help out when we are needed. I am not trying to
ruffle any feathers, but I am just disappointed at the fact that rather
than actually communicate all anyone seems to be doing is attacking each
other. If anyone feels the need to talk to me about this, please talk to me
in person. I will be glad to sit down with anyone regarding this matter.

Thank you and have a nice night.
