I'm sorry but I failed to mention that the only additional charge (which he
reports is very rare) is if the AC coil needs to be cleaned or he finds
mold.

With a 12 year old home, our vents are filthy.  We had the system cleaned in
our last home and it made such a difference.  Another consideration is the
fire hazard with build up in your dryer vent.  We know someone who actually
had a house fire because of lint buildup in the vent.
I've gotten several quotes lately for this service and they ranged from
$625.00-700.00 for one system!

Scott Fountain of Clean Air Pros is offering the following:
$149.00 per AC furnace.  This includes: all vents and returns for the system
cleaned, clean and service the furnace (including fan motor and air
handler), and sanitizer.
$99.00 for the same service on a second system
$69.00 for dryer vent

This is an outrageous offer!  We are scheduled for service on May 23rd.
However, I will reschedule that if he gets more jobs in the subdivision so
he can lump them together.
Should you decide to do this, please tell Scott that you're in North Hampton
subdivision in White so he can place multiple services on the same day.
