[Nhhoa] NHHOA 2013 Assessments

Thank you very much if you are one of the 83 homeowners who have already
paid their assessment for 2013.

Just a reminder that the Assessment for each home for 2013 is $395.00.  The
assessment period is from January 1, 2013 through December 31, 2013, and is
due February 28, 2013.  Assessments not received in full by March 15, 2013
will be turned over for collections.  Please mail your assessment payments
to:  North Hampton Homeowners Association, PO Box 3907, Cartersville, GA
30120.

In addition to paying by check, this year, we are accepting PayPal payments
only via transfer.  To do a PayPal transfer, simply go to
http://www.paypal.com and from the top of the page, click on transfer, then
on send someone money.  When you use a debit or credit card, there is a flat
fee of 2.9% + $0.30 per transaction.  All transfers should be sent to
treasurer at nhhoa.org.  Please only pay the full assessment of $395.00 as you
are now responsible for the fees.  This makes the accounting much easier.
Please also send an email to treasurer at nhhoa.org stating that you paid via
PayPal if you go this route.
