Subject:  [Nhhoa] Rottweiler Loose

Someone has a very large Rottweiler that is loose.  He/she is in my yard and
I am uncomfortable letting my dogs out.  Whose dog is this??  I will have no
choice but to call Animal Control soon if the dog isn't removed from the
area.
