[Nhhoa] Lawn Aeration and Overseeding

Just a quick note to let you know that Scott Johnson will be in the
neighborhood on October 5th to Core Aerate and overseed our lawn.  We have

According to Walter Reaves, October is the best time to aerate and overseed
