[Nhhoa] Pool

You are correct, Frank. We had it fixed last year, at each Lot Owner's
expense, and someone broke it again. This is frustrating and a waste of the
HOA budget. The access card system has worked very well overall. There
were necessary updates and some improvements to make managing the system a
little easier on the volunteers who deal with it.
I'd also like to remind everyone that if you use the common areas and are
not current with annual assessments, you are trespassing and legal action
can be taken against you.
This is not a threat but merely a reminder that delinquent home owners are
not allowed to use the facilities. Lot Owners who have working cards CANNOT
and SHOULD NOT open the gate for anyone other than their family or guests.
Thank you for your consideration.

Just keep us posted as to when it gets fixed. I assume that getting fixed
is not just the lock to keep those out, but the correct program to let us
in.

Thanks,

Frank

Closing the pool is not an option. We are required to do so by the county.
As a homeowner and parent, if closing the pool for a couple of days prevents
a small child from wondering into the pool and drowning then I'm OK with
that. But that's just me...
