Frank, we've recently had a problem with someone breaking the gate. We are
trying to keep the integrity of access intact so there have been some recent
upgrades to the card system, and gate. We didn't expect a breach in access
for lot owners who are current with dues with the new system so this has
been forwarded to the appropriate parties for closer inspection. We will
address each specific access issue as it is requested and address each
separately since there is an increase in delinquent assessments this year.

Seems my pool card does not work anymore along with many other residents.
When is this going to be corrected? I can always get into the pool, but the
card also does not work on the ladies restroom and I have a daughter who
does not like the boys room. The boys room opens right up.
