I'm sorry that I haven't got the key to you.  I spend 40 weeks a year on the road, have major work responsibilities, family responsibilities, and volunteer my time as the treasurer.  I have no excuse for not getting it to you since I said I would.  I apologize.

I will schedule a time for you to come to my house and pick it up, as soon as I know I'm going to be there.
