[Nhhoa] Annoying Person or People

I couldn't agree more! Same thing happened to us about 2 weeks ago but it went on for 2 hours. I think WHEN they get caught they should made to apologize to everyone personally or do community service for the neighborhood b/c this has been going in for a while now.
