[Nhhoa] 22 North Hampton

A homeowner recently asked about cleaning up the property at 22 North
Hampton:

 

I couldn't agree with you more that 22 North Hampton needs to be cleaned up.
Here is the issue:

 

Our only option is to contact the realtor and ask them to do it.  They may
be kind enough to either do it or point us in the direction of the bank that
owns it.  Then we can ask them to clean it up.  The HOA has no authority to
enter property and do anything.   Couple of years ago, we tried to get this
changed in the governing documents, and the suggestion was met with outrage
by the majority of the homeowners.  The old "you can't come onto my
property, and I don't care if it is abandoned"  argument.  So, that's where
we stand.  Majority rule.

 

I will see if I can get hold of the realtor and ask them to clean it up.
