[Nhhoa] Good Plumber???

We have been having heat pump issues. My heat pump flips the breaker. I have had one company out 4 times, repaced the breaker, change the old thermostat and replaced a second breaker. It flipped the breaker again yesterday. Has anyone else had this issue and do you know a reliable HVAC person?
