we have direct and have had it for years never had cable because where we use to live it was not available direct it great!!!

We're looking into television service. We have Comcast cable, which works ok most of the time, but pixels out now and then, but I think we're paying too much for the service. Does anyone have Direct TV? Do you recommend it?
