Hello North Hampton,

Tommorow is our Chili Cookoff Event, I will need to know if you plan on attending. If we don't have enough people coming with there Yummy chili. We will have to cancel the event. Please contact me by email or phone by 5:00 today, so I can be prepared.. I know not everyone gets this email so please let all your neighbors know. Remember there is a 1st, 2ed and 3rd place winner if we have a great turn out. 
I look forward to seeing you there, I myself make a great chili I would love to share with you.  If you are interested please respond asap and I will give you more details.
