[Nhhoa] Anonymous Letter

I was speaking with someone this morning and they mentioned an anonymous letter that was placed in their mailbox. They assumed everyone had received it so it was in the trash. Well, somehow, the Board members didn't get one. The letter was retrieved from the trash but, to say the least, most of the content cannot be read.
Does anyone have a clean copy to share with me? It can be shared anonymously if you'd like. Or, you have my assurances I won't give up the source. There are misconceptions in this letter that we now need to respond to. The last thing this letter says is the Board needs to focus on reducing costs. Well, because of this letter, that postage wasn't spent on, we will have to spend another $50-60 dollars of our shared annual assessments on postage addressing the content of this letter. And, by the way, more of my time that isn't compensated. Thanks, anonymous party.
I just wish that the "anonymous" partie(s) would either a) wish to express their concerns openly at the meeting on the 21st or, b) express their concerns through the email communication.
I'd also like to reinforce that putting things in people's mailbox is illegal and this act infuriates our mail person.
Will someone please call me ASAP if they have a clean copy of this letter?
Thanks,
Kimberly
