We would like to thank for your time. If we known that the job was being done by a home owner we would of stop and helped. We thought the NHHOA hired it out like other jobs. Next time things are done by home owner someone should put that on this e-mail I am sure there are a lot of us that would find time. Thanks Again

C'm on people, we should be thankfull to have great individuals on the board of directors that have taken it to heart to generously become involved to the extent that they have. 

It is rare to have such talent available. I personally believe we are in good hands and know for a fact that the majority of home owners feel the same. 

Unfortunately, a small number of unsatisfied individuals will always spoil a peacefull environment. It's part of human nature that is happening all over the world and we can't run away from that.

But we can make our subdivision an example of how it should be. We have that choice. A choice to be more understanding an compassionate. It's really not hat hard.

Excuse me, the previous message was intended to be a private post to my neighbor. Since I posted to the group in error, however, I will add that having lived in North Hampton for more than 12 years, we love this area and we have great neighbors. I believe most of you will agree with those ideas, that's why you live here, too. 

We have a very nice neighborhood and we all want to maintain that status. Working together it can be accomplished. I served on the board when the neighborhood was much smaller. I know how much time and effort was required then, and can only imagine that it has grown in proportion to the number of homes we now have. I appreciate everyone who has been willing to give their time and effort this way now and in the past. 

I hope we can begin to use this email forum in a positive manner. In that spirit, I salute the gentlement who installed the new playground equipment. It looks great!

After reading many e-mails concerning our neighborhood, I would like to ingest some positive notes, since they seem to be lacking.  My family has lived here for 8 years.  We chose this neighborhood for its beauty and how peaceful it seemed to be.  Maybe that is the key word here, PEACEFUL.  I had served on this board for 6 years.  It  is a thankless job but well worth the time and investment put forward.  We have lived in many places in the United States.  This is one of our favorite places to live.  The scenery is wonderful and so are the neighbors.  We have a tight bond up here on Jamesport Lane.  We assist one another when the need arises and we do it as if they are family.  I am very disappointed on the way this board has aired their dirty laundry to the entire neighborhood.  I understand frustrations occur.  You don't have enough interest. It seems to be the way it is in many areas, not just ours.  However, bikering about it doesn't
 do anything but create negativity and hosility towards one another.  I am in agreement to get some type of covenants in place, but I also do not want to live in a community where it is so strict to live.  I am sure if covenants could be issued that would warn a individual of any violations, before fining this would pass.  But in looking how this was laid out that doesn't seem to be the case.  A friendly letter of violations goes alot further than a fine.  I would say 95% of our homeowners have pride in their homes and their yards.  Placing strict rules on homeowners only makes an individual want to break them.  Isn't there enough fighting going on in our world that we don't need to bring it into our own neighborhood?
