[Nhhoa] Rules, a word of thanks, and then dismay

All this arguing is getting ridiculous! I have only lived here for 3 months and there has been some sort of drama every week. We are all adults and we all know the rules. We are no different than anyone else in this neighborhood, therefore the rules are the same for everyone. If you weren't the one being so rude and insubordinate at the pool then just say "it wasn't me" and let it go. We are not in high school. The person who did this should atleast send a private email explaining and apologizing, that would be the right thing to do and everyone else should just keep doing what they're doing (following the rules), and stop giving the board members such a hard time. Express concerns but don't turn it in to a war of words.
