[Nhhoa] Welcome new list members

Just a quick note to say welcome to all of the new list members.  Only
residents of North Hampton are subscribed to this mailing list, and the
names are never distributed or sold to anyone.

You should have received a welcome email with instructions on how to
unsubscribe, should you choose to do so.

To use the list, simply send an email to nhhoa at nhhoa.org and everyone
subscribed will get the email.
