[Nhhoa] Board Meeting Minutes

[NHHOA Treasurer]

On August 19th, the approved minutes from the July board meeting were posted
to the website.  Before that, the agenda for the August meeting was posted.

 

The August meeting minutes are not posted yet.  They will be posted after
they are approved during the September Board meeting.  The meeting minutes
aren't official until approved by the board, which will not happen until the
next meeting.

 

Anyone that is interested in finding out what is going on "as it happens" is
welcome to attend the board meetings.  It is your Homeowners Association,
and your input is always welcome.  Board meetings are conducted using an
agenda which will be posted before the meeting.  If anyone has an item they
would like added to the agenda, just let Amy know (president at nhhoa.org) and
she will be happy to add your item under New Business.  The meetings will
not turn into a "free-for-all" and are conducted in a professional and
business-like manner.  Everyone will be treated with respect.

 

The board meets the second Tuesday of each month at 7:00pm at the clubhouse.
The next board meeting is September 11, 2007.

It seems July  has been posted for quite some time now but I have not seen
August yet.
